Blank Coaster Return Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns:
If you have a change of heart about your purchase, you may return the blank coasters within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. However, please note the following conditions:
1. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
2. The coasters must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying that they meet the above conditions, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive defective or damaged coasters, we will gladly accept returns without any additional cost for shipping. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Return Process:

Custom Handwritten Coasters Return Policy

If, upon receiving your custom handwritten coasters, you find them to be defective or damaged, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please follow these steps:

2. Pack the defective or damaged coasters securely in their original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying the defect or damage, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement set of coasters at no additional cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns:
As each set of custom handwritten coasters is uniquely personalized to your specifications, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. This is because the product cannot be resold in its customized condition.
